Made to order item

All made to order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there are mistakes below;

1. Wrong fabrics used.

2. Wrong trimming used if you have requested certain trimming color.

3. Wrong embroidery/spelling.

Those 3 flaws above are eligible to exchange to the new one but non refundable. Please contact me within 7 days after you receive item otherwise it will not be returnable. I will make you a replacement and I will pay for return shipping label for item that you have to return within 7 days after receive it.

Below will not be counted as a mistake and definitely CAN NOT be returned or exchanged.

1. Satisfaction: I do my best with each item made by me but not gaurantee for everyone's satisfaction. Please see pics of my work on facebook album to get ideas how it looks.

2. Liner got shrunk after washes. I currently preshrink fabrics before sewing by wash in cold and heat dry. This process will decrease shrinking but not 100% prevention, no method can't prevent 100% yet. Your liner might still shrink about 0.5 inch.

3. If you don't specify what color of trimming or embroidery you want while placing order, I reserve the right to make decision. Please do not ask to return because you don't like the colors I chose.

Premade items

Premade items are eligible to return within 7 days after receive item and MUST NOT been used and/or washed. Customer has to pay for return shipping fee. Refund will be given after I get the item back. You won't get refund of the shipping cost. Example: You paid $59 for premade liner + $7.5 shipping, you will get only $59 refund.

Processing time

Made to order items (last update April 29, 2018)

Made to order items will be ready to shipped out at 3 weeks* after payment date.

(Turnaround time will be updated occasionally based on current schedule)

*For the customer out side the U.S., please add 10-14 business days after shipping out until delivery*

* International shipping will be First Class International mail by USPS. Tracking is not available once it leave USA, if you want tracking, it has to be shipped by priority mail and please contact me to upgrade shipping type before buying.
